The use of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) desensitization for patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) is growing, but no data are available on desensitization protocol in patients with ASA sensitivity and CAD during pregnancy. This case report shows that ASA desensitization protocol during pregnancy could be safe and effective in a tertiary centre with a multidisciplinary team.

Acetylsalicylic acid; desensitization; hypersensitivity drug reactions; NSAID hypersensitivity; pregnancy.
